A mother of our Adventure Boot Camp Michigan wrote and asked me some ideas for a healthy snack, so I made a list. You will notice that they are not manufactured, processed foods. Also, I'm not adding calories, because people are too big deal about their calories when you eat the right foods, attention should be.
These snack foods are very high density of nutrients, healthy fats and carbohydrates.

Lowfat string cheese 2 / 1 slice of whole wheat bread with various
3 Non-fat cottage cheese w / strawberries or 1 / 2 cup apple juice or cranberry
4 Jay Robb protein powder mixed with strawberry w / fat free cottage cheese, strawberries (sa cheese)
5 ½ oz shots no nitrate / 5 ww crackers
Apple 6 / 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter, cinnamon
7 is not one ounce deli Turkey nitrate / 1 c. raw vegetables
8 Can theTuna / 2 tbls. Lofat DRSG. / Green
9 ¼ c. Hummus / 1 c. raw vegetables
10 1 / 2 PB & J sandwich whole wheat bread, whole / integer
11 ½ c. Only fat-free yoghurt / 1 tbls. C. Soil flaxseed/1/4 apple juice without sugar
11 Can the Tuna h20 / 1 slice of wholemeal bread, organic multi-
12 1sm. Banana / 1 tbls. nat. Peanut butter
13 2 c. Melon / 2 tbls. Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
14 1 / 2 c. Jicama slices/1/4 c. Hummus
15 string fat cheese 1 / 1 c. sliced cukes
16 2 tbsp. nat.Peanut butter / 2 stalks of celery
17 1 c. Snow peas/1/4 c. Guacamole
18 1 c. Baby Carrots / 2 tbls. nat. Peanut butter
Rice crackers whole 19 1 / 1 tbls. Almond butter / 1 tsp. nonsugar jam
20 ½ c. unsweetened pineapple / 1 / 2 c. fat-free cradle. Cheese
21 2 tbsp. c. first cashews/1/2 Grapes
22 1 / 2 cup edamame
23 slices of cucumber w / sea salt, salad (add a little 'olive oil)
1.c 24 cherry tomatoes ... string fat cheese, 1 serving
25 1 portion of feta cheesew / slices of watermelon
Organic Plain Yogurt 26 w / cranberries and walnuts
27 Organic apples into slices w / cinnamon small handful of almonds
28 mixed bean salad, drained w / sliced red onions, cucumbers,
